PMI Talent Triangle

- Technical Project Management:
This component focuses on the core project management skills and technical knowledge required to manage projects effectively. It includes the following skills and competencies:

- Cost management and budgeting
- Scope management and requirements gathering
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Quality management and control
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Leadership:
This component involves motivating and guiding project teams, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder expectations. It includes the following skills and competencies:
- Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Team building and motivation
- Effective communication and active listening
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- Decision making and problem-solving
- Adaptability and resilience
Different types of leadership styles include:
- Autocratic: Makes decisions unilaterally, without seeking input from team members.
- Democratic: Seeks input from team members and considers their opinions before making decisions.
- Transformational: Inspires and motivates the team to achieve extraordinary outcomes by transforming their attitudes and beliefs.
- Transactional: Uses rewards and punishments to motivate the team, focusing on routine tasks and performance.
- Laissez-faire: Provides minimal direction and allows team members to make decisions independently.
- Servant: Prioritizes the needs of team members and the organization, focusing on their development and well-being.
- Charismatic: Inspires and motivates the team through personal charm and persuasive communication.
- Strategic and Business Management:
